On the north coast, salt air corrodes aluminum fins and blocks airflow. We perform deep maintenance every 6 months to remove salinity and ensure your compressor isn't overworking.

We calculate the BTUs based on your wall materials and sun exposure. We avoid oversized units that cool quickly but leave the room feeling humid and sticky.

Félix diagnoses both electrical and mechanical failures. We check your surge protector and refrigerant levels so your inverter unit regains efficiency without spiking your electric bill.

Our Process

We don't guess. Félix evaluates the thermal load of your space and the impact of the salt air based on your North Coast location to recommend the appropriate BTU capacity. That way we avoid an oversized unit that drops the temperature without pulling the humidity out.
